Harold Pinter and the Hackney Gang

‘Truth to Power Café’ is a long term project INSPIRED BY THE POLITICAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL BELIEFS OF NOBEL PRIZE WINNING PLAYWRIGHT HAROLD PINTER AND HIS HACKNEY GANG. 
the gang included PROJECT CREATOR JEREMY GOLDSTEIN'S LATE FATHER MICK, AND HENRY WOOLF, who at 89 is the last surviving member of the Gang.

'TRUTH TO POWER CAFE' arose from a new play 'spider love' which has BEEN developed by jeremy and henry after an original play by mick DIRECTED BY JEN HEYES.

THE FIRST PUBLIC READING OF 'SPIDER LOVE' TOOK PLACE AT THE BRITISH LIBRARY
IN OCTOBER 2017. THE EVENT INCLUDED AN IN-CONVERSATION
BETWEEN MICHAEL BILLINGTON AND HENRY WOOLF.
